Harney Sushi in Oceanside is calling all sushi lovers to get stuffed and  help champion a great cause for Breast Cancer Awareness Month, which is already in full swing.  They have introduced their Hope for the Cure roll, which will be available the entire month of October.

The Hope Roll has already become a favorite among patrons, selling 48 rolls the first night on the menu. The limited-time-only treat is wrapped in pink soy paper and includes shrimp tempura, spicy crab, avocado, Cajun-seared tuna, micro Asian greens, wasabi and citrus aioli.

Harney is donating $2 from every Hope Roll to the Susan G. Koman Foundation by sponsoring two of their employees, Danielle Brendis and Amanda Potts, in the Breast Cancer 3 Day Walk.  The 5 person team named “My Cups Runneth Over,” will take on the trek together in San Diego from November 20-22.

Both Danielle and Amanda, as well as the renowned Harney sushi chefs, are available for appearances or interviews to share the Hope Roll with your audiences, as well as insight into why the 3 Day Walk is close to these girls’ hearts.
